Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Personal data are only processed when users contact the firm on their own initiative, by phone, WhatsApp or email, in order to respond to enquiries and requests, manage the lawyer-client professional relationship, and maintain communications about the legal services requested. Processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject and on the performance of the lawyer-client professional relationship, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as well as on the controller's legitimate interest in responding to the requests received. This website does not collect personal data through any form: data are only processed when users voluntarily get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Data will be kept for as long as strictly necessary to handle the enquiry or professional relationship and, in any case, for the periods laid down by the applicable regulations during which legal liability may arise from the provision of legal services. Once these periods have expired, the data will be securely deleted.

Except in the cases described in this policy and where expressly required by law, users' personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. They may only be communicated to public authorities or bodies where there is a legal obligation to do so.

When users call through an advertisement published on Google Ads, Google LLC provides a forwarding number that redirects the call to the firm's phone. In this process, Google processes the date, time and duration of the call and the user's phone number in order to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements, which may involve international data transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The firm only receives the call and, where applicable, the information the user voluntarily provides during the conversation.

The website offers a contact button via WhatsApp, a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group). By using it, users start a communication subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy, which is independent of this website. Anyone who prefers not to use it can get in touch by phone or email.

Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of and objection to the processing of their data, and withdraw any consent given. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
